Our Return Policy
You may return any item* sold by Red Tag Warehouse within 20 days after Red Tag Warehouse's date of delivery for a full refund. If you would like to exchange an item, just send it back within our return policy guidelines and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
*We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.
Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Returning A Gift?
If the item you're returning was not designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped directly to you from Red Tag Warehouse, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Steps For Returning Your Merchandise
We want this process to go as smooth as possible so please follow these simple steps.
First, call or email us so we can give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#), without this no return will be authorized. Email us at returns@redtagwarehouse.com.
Next, follow the return instructions that are accompanied with each package. This will be with your packaging slip, so save everything
Last, return it to the address shown and please be sure to return it the same way it came. For example, if you are returning an item, then return it in the same box it came in and use the same delivery service you received it from.
Following these simple steps will ensure an accurate return, and most importantly, your refund!
Holiday Return Policy
Items that you wish to return during the holidays must be returned within 20 business days after the Red Tag Warehouse shipping date to initiate your return. All other guidelines must be followed as stated above in our return policy in order for us to accept your return and issue you a credit.
